The FGQ is a non-profit organization in Germany that develops concepts to improve the living conditions for those with a spinal cord injury, initiates corresponding projects, and actively helps on a one-to-one level. It offers a nationwide network of specially trained peer-counselors who support patients and their relatives in the 28 specialized spinal cord injury units throughout Germany on their way back to life.
